UK Mainland (including Isle of Wight) Deliveries
Our carriage policy is simple. For most items any order totalling over £100 (excluding VAT), delivery is free of charge. Any order below this amount is charged as follows:

Our policy for sensitive products such as incontinence items is to be as discreet as practically possible. For example, on boxes of diapers all give-away markings will covered over.
For special items such as furniture and some items of equipment, carriage will be advised at the time of order.
Off UK Mainland
Charges for exporting will be advised at the time of order.
We accept Worldwide Orders
We frequently sell worldwide, especially to the rest of Europe, North America and Asia. Less frequently we also sell to all other areas of the world to businesses and civilians alike.
Please feel free to contact us requesting a quote stating the product(s) you are interested in and your full contact details, we will then e-mail you a quotation including the relevant shipping charge appropriate to the product and your area of residence. If you decide to accept the quotation then we will then contact you again to finalise the order and obtain payment details.
