Delivery information

Our Next Working-Day Signed for Delivery Service:

• We aim to deliver your order on the next-working day (Monday to Friday), for orders received before 1:30pm. This is subject to the item being in stock in our warehouse and, in certain cases (e.g. Scottish Highlands and Islands), will depend upon your postal area. 
• If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an estimated delivery schedule. Most of our suppliers can deliver to us within 3-4 working days.
• Items can be delivered on a Saturday for an additional charge (estimated additional £15.00 + VAT), which we will advise at the time of order, should this be required.
• Not all items are kept in stock. Non-stock items will need to be ordered in from the supplier or manufacturer. Most of our suppliers can deliver to us within 3-4 working days..
• If you need to guarantee next-day delivery, please call us on (01202) 425070 prior to ordering, so that we can confirm the availability of your chosen product.
• If for any reason you do not receive your order and have not been notified of a delay, please contact us as soon as possible. Any claims made after 30 days are unable to be investigated and therefore will not be fulfilled. 

Please note that these are our standard carriage charges and are not intended to guarantee next-working day delivery, so will apply to all orders regardless of delay in shipment owing to reasons such as those outlined above.

Our standard delivery charges are:

• £6.50* (plus VAT, if applicable to your order) - Orders under £25 (before VAT)
• £4.75* (plus VAT, if applicable to your order) - Orders under £50 (before VAT)
• £3.50* (plus VAT, if applicable to your order) - Orders under £100 (before VAT)
• Carriage Free - Orders over £100 (before VAT)

For special items and deliveries to the following locations, the below surcharges will be applied to your order: 

• Scottish Highlands + Islands (estimated surcharge £9.00): AB, FK16-21 IV1-40, IV53-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH10-41. 
• Northern Ireland (estimated surcharge £12.00 for 48-hour delivery, £15.90 for 24-hour delivery)
• Channel Islands (estimated surcharge £20.00)
• Isle of Man (estimated surcharge £12.00 for 48-hour delivery, £15.90 for 24-hour delivery)
• Isle of Wight (estimated surcharge £7.50). All estimated price ex. VAT.

Non-UK: We accept Worldwide Orders:

Charges for exporting will be advised at the time of order. Delivery will take longer than "Next Day", roughly around 5+ working days. We frequently sell worldwide, especially to the rest of Europe, North America and Asia. Less frequently we also sell to all other areas of the world to businesses and the retail market.  Please feel free to contact us requesting a quote stating the product(s) you are interested in and your full contact details, we can then e-mail you a quotation including the relevant shipping charge appropriate to the product and your area of residence. Your quote is based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as where you are ordering from. If you decide to accept the quotation, then we will then contact you again to finalise the order and obtain payment details.

Discretion:

Our policy for sensitive products such as incontinence items is to be as discreet as practically possible. For example, on boxes of diapers all give-away markings will covered over, and any reasonable special delivery requests will be adhered to.
